2.0 International TRIZ Society was created by close colleagues of Genrich Altshuller TRIZ Masters Boris Zlotin and Alla Zusman of Ideation International Inc. Its head office is located in the state of Michigan in US. At present, its branch institutions spread out in many countries, like Germany, Japan.India. East Europe and others. International TRIZ Society is promoting Ideation Office of Innovation, based on the advanced and software supported version TRIZ. In Asian-Pacific Region, International TRIZ Society and China TRIZ Innovation Institution were combined, and Fasinno Innovation Academy is the only organization which takes the responsibility of TRIZ–based Ideation office of Innovation training and certification for the Greater China Region.
3.0 Purposes of International TRIZ Society:
•Facilitate and promote the step of human innovation civilization by spreading TRIZ methods.
•Provide professional support and expert resources for companies’ implementation of TRIZ innovation methods;
•Create communication, learning and certification platform for TRIZ enthusiasts and practitioners;
•Combine TRIZ and other innovation methods to enrich the theory system and practice of TRIZ innovation and invention methods.

Part 2: Business scope
6.0 Business conducted by International TRIZ Society as below:
6.1 Organize TRIZ academic conferences and lectures, and develop international TRIZ academic communication
6.2 Spread TRIZ theory, methods and technique, develop TRIZ innovation software, and compile professional TRIZ teaching materials;
6.3 Compile, edit and publish professional TRIZ books, magazines and technological standards;
6.4 Conduct cooperation and communication between international TRIZ academic organizations
6.5 Organize TRIZ innovation and invention methods training
6.6 Conduct TRIZ innovation and invention methods consulting and technology service;
6.7 Take the responsibility of project evaluation, review and certification about international TRIZ innovation and invention methods;
6.8 Establish technological standards for TRIZ innovation and invention methods;
6.9 Spread TRIZ innovation and invention methods and relevant new technique/methods application
6.10 Protect member companies’ legitimate interests, and help them with TRIZ service
6.11 Protect members’ legitimate interests, and collect request of TRIZ enthusiasts and practitioners
6.12 Organize relevant activities aligned with the purposes of International TRIZ Society
Part 3: Membership
7.0 International TRIZ Society has two kinds of members: individual member and organization member. Individual member include certification member, specialist member (above TRIZ level 3, can conduct training and consulting service) and academician member (with three years’ specialist member experience and great contribution to ITRIZS, agreed by committee).
8.0 Certification member
8.1 Certification member should follow TRIZ constitution, join ITRIZS by themselves and satisfy at least one of requirements as below:
8.1.1 Own TRIZ Level 1 or above professional qualification
8.1.2 Enthusiast and practitioner of TRIZ technique and management methods with great passion to TRIZ and supporting ITRIZS’ work
8.2 Certification member’s rights & duties
Rights
1.Have rights to make suggestions, to criticize and supervise;
2.Have the priority to receive services provided by ITRIZS
3.Free to join and exit
Duties
1.Follow ITRIZS constitution and decision
2.Attend ITRIZS’ activities, and complete relevant authorized job
3.Protect ITRIZS’ legitimate interests
4.Report to ITRIZS, and provide relevant materials
5.Pay the membership dues accordingly
8.3 Entrance process
Candidates should have the qualification certificated by ITRIZS and submit entrance application by themselves, with ITRIZS’ admission, they can get membership card.
9.0 Specialist member
9.1 Specialist member should follow TRIZ constitution and membership regulations, join ITRIZS by themselves and satisfy at least one of requirements as below:
9.1.1 Own TRIZ Level 2 or above qualification from ITRIZS;
9.1.2 Own trainer qualification of level 2 or above from ITRIZS;
9.1.3 Own TRIZ training capability and experience

10.0 Academician member
10.1 Academician member is endowed with “life academician”
10.2 Academician member should follow one of the following requirements:
10.2.1 Fully support ITRIZS’ enterprise, and contribute to TRIZ technology development;
10.2.2 Hold the post of ITRIZS’ council director, vice council director, council of the professional branch institution for full office expiration
10.2.3 Council managers who perform their duties carefully
10.2.4 Have special contribution to ITRIZS
10.3 Academician member certificate is authorized by ITRIZS Committee and Council after passing review
10.4 Academician member’s rights and duties
